PACE Align: Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: 01/04/2026Jurisdiction: Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA)

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the PACE Align website, interactive ROI calculators, or enterprise platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must refrain from using our services.

2. Nature of the Service (Not Medical Advice)

PACE Align is a highly advanced, AI-driven digital infrastructure and communication ecosystem designed to optimize Patient Support Programs (PSPs) and provide market intelligence to Pharmaceutical sponsors.

PACE Align is a technology provider, not a healthcare provider. The algorithmic dosing schedules and predictive triage outputs generated by our system are based entirely on digitized clinical pathways and approved pharmacological rulesets configured and authorized by healthcare professionals (HCPs) or PSP nurses.

Our software does not provide medical diagnoses, clinical advice, or treatment decisions. The prescribing HCP retains ultimate and absolute clinical responsibility for the patient.

3. Pharmacovigilance (PV) and Adverse Events

By architectural design, PACE Align operates strictly as an adherence, logistics, and supply chain optimization infrastructure. The platform is explicitly not designed to act as an automated Pharmacovigilance (PV) or Adverse Event (AE) reporting tool. The legal and regulatory responsibility for identifying, capturing, and reporting clinical events to the SFDA or Pharma sponsors remains entirely with the prescribing HCP, the patient, and the authorized third-party PSP agency managing the patient's care.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, predictive algorithms, UI/UX designs, workflows (including the 60-Month CLV Engine and Competitor Sankey architectures), trademarks, and underlying source code running the platform are the exclusive intellectual property of PACE Align.

You are strictly prohibited from reverse-engineering, scraping, duplicating, or deriving competitive intelligence from our interactive models, communication gateways, or platform interfaces.

5. B2B Account Security and Auditing

Access to the PACE Align secure sandbox or live platform is granted via enterprise software licenses. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials. PACE Align maintains an immutable, background audit log tracking all user actions, therapy switches, and data access points to ensure compliance with PDPL privacy audits.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Saudi law, PACE Align shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or supply chain inventory, resulting from:

  • The use or inability to use the website or platform.
  • Inaccuracies in clinical data entered by third-party PSP nurses or HCPs.
  • Patients failing to adhere to their prescribed therapy despite automated platform interventions.

7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms, the website, or the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Riyadh, KSA.
